I make this statement after buying a few properties, years of interacting with agents of every ilk and countless instances of sheer stupidity, negligence or arrogance.
For the past three or four months, I’ve been back in the market. My partner and I are looking for something - anything, really - to sink our teeth into. A project, if you like. We’ve done a few and really enjoy turning something crappy into a home.
In my opinion, we could be the perfect buyers. Easy going, not fussed by the cosmetics of a house and ready to sign a contract… now. And yet, we’re still looking.
